Regional Pottery Training Centre

In the year 1956, Regional Pottery Training Centre (RPTC) had been established.

  1. Short term training courses are provided in Red Ware and White Ware Pottery.

  2. 2 months, 4 months and 6 months certificate course in pottery craft organised by Khadi and Village Industry Commission and Ministry of MSME, Govt. of India.

  3. More than 75% trainees are either employed or self employed

White Ware Training Cum Production Unit

It was established in 1956 for the training on white ware art pottery and utility goods for the development of rural pottery cluster.

The unit is running successfully and has now diversified into the designing and production of new decorative/ architectural art ware with keeping ideology of handicraft.

Under UNDP-KVIC Pottery Project the KVIC has selected Gramodaya Sangh as a ‘model centre’ for design and development of Water Filter Candles.

Sfurti Scheme Under KVIC at Gadchiroli

KVIC has sanctioned SFURTI scheme for the development of Pottery Cluster.

Under this scheme 591 rural artisans and one CFC at MIDC Gadchiroli has been established.

Balwadi Nehru Vidhya Mandir

Started with the aim to give free education to potter's children and poor families.

We have been working to upgrade the standard of education. And we are proud to share that this year Nehru Vidya Mandir has  got affiliated with ICSE.

Green Building Center

Started production of Pavers, checkers tiles, window and door frames, concrete roofing tiles and concrete blocks, from February-2014

Skill India Vocational Training Center

We have started varoius training programmes under Skill India for the upliftment of the country. 

We provide training on fabrication, driver cum courier, computer, tailoring & embroidery, mason and fly ash brick making.

Gramodaya and Tech Mahindra Training Centre, Nagpur

Job training course has been started under CSR fund of Tech Mahindra.The duration of the course is 3 months. This course is for the students who have passed XII th. An intensive training is provided during the course and the employment is secured after the training.

Course 1: CRS - Customer Retail Service
